Travel Itinerary
DAY 1
Arrival to Tokyo
On arrival in Tokyo, meet your local representative who will assist you with your limousine bus transfer. Enjoy a free afternoon exploring Tokyo.
DAY 2
Explore Tokyo
Meet with your concierge who will share valuable local knowledge to assist you in exploring Tokyo independently. Your guide will assist with your railpass ticketing before you embark on a half day tour.

DAY 3
Explore Tokyo and choose your program

DAY 4
Departure Tokyo and Arrival to Hakone
Depart for Hakone. Set in mountainous countryside, the region boasts great natural beauty and on a clear day, the near-perfect symmetry of Mt Fuji provides the perfect backdrop. Explore the region with your local guide on transport including buses, mountain railways, cable cars and even a pirate ship across Lake Ashi. Choose to explore the national park on foot and head to one of the hiking trails which crisscross the area. Hakone is also home to a number of excellent museums including the open-air sculpture park which boasts a sizeable Picasso collection among other treasures. Afterwards, relax in a hot spring onsen bath.
DAY 5
Departure Hakone and Arrival to Kyoto
Upon arrival in Kyoto meet with your concierge to gain insider knowledge which will allow you to explore Kyoto independently. Afterwards, embark on a half day tour. Choose to explore the historic Kinkakuji area, or Higashiyama’s temples and quaint streets.

Kyoto Explorations
On your second day, embark on a full day of personalised activities.
