Arrival at Lima. Private transfer to the hotel. 

After breakfast, meet and greet by your English-speaking guide at the lobby of the hotel.We will start our private visit in historical downtown Lima beginning with the Plaza de Armas (Lima´s main square). Surrounded by colonial mansions, the Government Palace, Plaza de Armas (Lima s main square) surrounded by colonial mansions, the Cathedral and Lima´s City Government building. The tour continues at the San Francisco Church, Convent and world-famous catacombs. It ends with a visit to the traditional but modern districts of San Isidro and Miraflores. Lunch at local restaurant. After lunch we continue with the tour to Larco Museum. Housed in an 18th century viceroyalty-era mansion, surrounded by beautiful gardens, the Larco Museum is a stimulating and inspiring space in which visitors can enjoy and learn more about the fascinating history of ancient Peru. This museum is considered one of the best 25 museums in the world. Return to the hotel.
Very early in the morning private transfer to the bus station to board the bus to the city of Paracas (departure: 04:00hrs / arrival: 07:15hrs). After 03hrs of journey arrival to the bus station and transfer to the pier. 08:20 Ballestas Islands We begin this tour picking you up at the hotel and taking you to the Paracas Pier located at Paracas Bay where we will board the boat that will take us to the Ballestas Islands. During our trip you will see huge colonies of guano birds, like boobies, tendrils, guanays, Humboldt penguins and sea lions. On the route, to the northwest side of the bay you will also see a famous geoglyph known as “The Candelabra”, “The Trident” or “The Three Crosses”. It is 120 meters long and 78 meters wide. Some people associate its origins with the Nasca Lines. After finishing the tour, transfer to the bus station to board the bus to Nasca (departure: 11:15hrs / arrival: 16:00hrs). Arrival and transfer to the hotel.
Overflight Nasca lines, our ancient Nascas have left us an invaluable legacy: an archeological monument consisting of a network of lines forming designs of animals and plants. It is located between kilometer 419 and kilometer 465 of the South Panamerican Highway, covering an area of approximately 350 square kilometers. They were discovered by Toribio Mejía Xesspe. They have been studied by Paul Kosok, Hans Horkheirmer and the German doctor María Reiche. She lived in the area for 50 years, investigating their origin. Duration: 30 minutes. Transfer to the bus station to board the bus to the city of Arequipa (departure: 14:30hrs / arrival: 23:30hrs). Arrival and private transfer to the hotel.


Pick up at the hotel. The tour will visit the old Grau Bridge (designed by Eiffel), Alameda, Bolognesi Ave., overlooking the beautiful houses of the 50’s, the Colonial Church and Yanahuara neighborhood viewpoint, where most of the city is observed, Carmen district viewpoint, for a beautiful view of the Chilina valley, and the Chili River with Misti, Chachani and Pichu Pichu volcanoes, typical Pre-Inca terraces still cultivated. Return to the city, exterior view of the Cathedral, Plaza de Armas (Main Square), colonial downtown area, Church and Cloisters of the Church of the Society of Jesus and its polychromed dome. Visit the famous monastery of Santa Catalina, built in the sixteenth century and opened to the public after 400 years in 1970. Return to the hotel.

Exit behind Chachani snow covered mountain, pampa Cañahuas, Aguada Blanca National Reserve, where you can see wild vicunas, the typical Andean highland landscape characterized by Ichu grass, shrubs and Tola, Ccapo or Yareta. See also some small lagoons and birds like the Kara-Kara or mountain hawk, Black Ibis, Guallatas or Andean geese, ducks, some flamingos, vizcachas, etc. Maximum height in the route: 4,900m (Patapampa). In the viewpoint of the volcano, you will appreciate: Ampato, Sabancaya, Mismi “The Origin of the Amazon”, among others.

After breakfast, departure by the left bank of the Colca River to the viewpoint of “La Cruz del Condor”, this part of the depth of the canyon is observed at this point is 1,000 m approx. You can appreciate the majestic flight of the Condor. Visit typical villages of Yanque, Maca, to appreciate “Piedras model” pre-Incas hanging tombs, beautiful costumes typical of each locality, vast amount of pre-Inca “andeneria” still cultivated with Andean crops: potatoes, corn, quinoa, amaranth, olluco, etc. At schedule time, transfer to the hotel in Puno city .

After breakfast, transfer from the hotel to take a motorboat from the port of Puno to the floating islands of the Uros. We will continue our trip in the Titicaca Lake until the arrival to the Taquile Island through the back part of the island at the port of Chuño. It takes about 1 hour to get to the town, where we will visit the craft center (very fine handcrafted items). Lunch.

After breakfast, transfer to your flight to Cusco. Arrival at the airport and pickup to start the private City tour that includes the following religious and archeological sites: -Sacsayhuaman: Located 2.5 miles outside the city of Cusco, an impressive fortress.-The Cathedral: Religious colonial monument of extraordinary artistic value.-Qorikancha or Temple of the Sun: Religious center which shows the advanced engineering they utilized in its construction.

We will pick you from your hotel in Cusco at 6am approximately to begin our adventure. We head southeast from Cusco passing through Cusipata (at 3,339 masl) before arriving at the hamlet of Llactoc where we can see herds of alpaca and llama and vegetation typical of this area. Here we begin our walk of approximately 2 ½ hours, walking through beautiful landscapes with snow-capped mountains in the distance, before finally reaching the rainbow mountain (Vinicunca). We will spend one hour at the top, time to descend approximately 1 ½ hours to return to the same hamlet to take our transport back to Cusipata for enjoy our typical lunch. After lunch, we continue back to the city of Cusco, where we arrive at approximately 6:00 p.m.

Full Day at Sacred Valley, including a visit to the town of Pisaq, famous for its Indian Market held in the town’s main square. You will be able to appreciate handcrafted ceramics, jewelry, woven items and lots of other interesting articles made by the local artisans. After lunch, visit to Ollantaytambo famous for its fortress and for being one of the oldest villages in the area. We will head towards Chinchero village. The visit combines Inca archeological sites, typical Andean community, a colonial church, and a colorful market which to date, on its “market day” practice the tradition of “barter” goods. Return to Cusco.

Transfer to Ollantaytambo train station to board the Inca Rail First Class train service to MachuPicchu Pueblo. Short coach trip to Machupicchu citadel. The visit includes a guided tour to the different temples, places of worship, chambers and stairs that connect the city.

After Breakfast, entrance to Waynapicchu with private guide. At scheduled time, assistance to Machupicchu Pueblo train station to board the First-Class train service. A guide will be waiting to board the bus back to Sacred Valley. Arrival and transfer to the hotel.

We will head towards the town of Maras. Very close to the village, we can find the oldest salt mines in the continent. These mines provided salt to the Inca Empire. Salt was of extreme importance to the Incas; it was used to preserve food. The locals still work these mines. After Maras, we will visit the town of Moray famous for its “andenes” (platforms created by the Incas to experiment with the different micro-climates for agricultural purposes.
Return to Cusco.
