Travel Itinerary
DAY 1
Arrival - Chiang Mai
On arrival in Chiang Mai, be transferred to your hotel. En route, stop and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant. Stay the next three nights at Banthai Village.
DAY 2
Chiang Mai
Spend the day exploring the old city of Chiang Mai. Embark on a tuk tuk as you venture to the temples of Wat Chiang Man
and Wat Phra Singh. After a delicious local lunch visit the colourful Warorot market where you will gain a deeper understanding of local life.
DAY 3
Chiang Mai
Today is yours to explore independently. Wander the rows of shophouses, have a tailor create a new garment for your wardrobe or relax by the beach.
DAY 4
Chiang Mai
Journey to Wat Umong Meditation Centre, where you will spend the next two nights. This afternoon is free at your leisure.
DAY 5
Chiang Mai
Enjoy an early morning meditation before a healthy breakfast. Get your hands dirty and enjoy the ritual of cleaning the meditation halls before an afternoon meditation session.
DAY 6
Chiang Mai
Today is following the same schedule as yesterday. Use the meditation units to find your inner centre and use the rest periods to process what you have learned. This afternoon travel back to Banthai Village for an overnight stay.
DAY 7
Chiang Mai to Bangkok
Be transferred to the airport for your flight to Bangkok. Stay the next four nights at Lit Bangkok Hotel & Residence.
DAY 8
Bangkok
Explore Bangkok and its spiritual aspects on a morning tour. Visit the breathtaking reclining
Buddha at Wat Pho and experience locals
singing.
DAY 9
Bangkok
Spend the morning exploring the bustling streets and surrounds of Bangkok. After a local lunch venture to Panpuri Wellness for a relaxing afternoon.
DAY 10
Bangkok
Today is yours to explore Bangkok at your own leisure. Perhaps relax by the pool or take part in a Thai massage workshop.
DAY 11
Bangkok - Departure
Enjoy breakfast before being transferred to the airport for your onward journey.
