Magnificent palaces, romantic gardens and historic squares will tell of the past. In the afternoon visit of world-famous Sanssouci Palace, built by Frederick the Great as his summer residence. Overnight in Berlin.
In the morning travel to Dresden, also called “Florence on River Elbe” and one of the most charming German destinations. The city has a long history as the royal residence for the Electors and Kings of Saxony, who for centuries furnished it with cultural and artistic splendour. Afternoon at leisure to explore Dresden on your own. Overnight in Dresden.
Discover more of Dresden during a private guided city tour, focusing on the city’s eventful history. End the tour at the reconstructed Frauenkirche, a symbol of reconciliation and peace in the world. Overnight in Dresden.
Today the tour continues to Eisenach. Enjoy a guided tour including the Bach Museum, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Monument, Luther House, St George’s Church and visit to Wartburg Castle, where Martin Luther translated the New Testament from the original Greek texts into German. Overnight in Eisenach.
Heidelberg After breakfast onward journey to Heidelberg. The name of Heidelberg stands for the world-famous castle and a picturesque old town in breathtakingly beautiful surroundings. The city of Heidelberg is known for both: for Germany’s oldest university and modern research facilities, for historic streets and a lively university atmosphere. Overnight in Heidelberg.
Guided tour of Heidelberg’s historic town center and the castle, which houses the largest wooden barrel in the world and the German Pharmacy Museum. Overnight in Heidelberg.

In the morning you continue to Nuremberg, a real lively and urban place. Discover the harmonious interplay of historic buildings and modern architecture during a walk through the most beautiful old town and indulge yourselves by tasting famous Nuremberg bratwurst and gingerbread. Overnight in Nuremberg.

In the morning you will learn all about Nuremberg’s dark history during a guided tour of the Former Nazi Party Rally Ground. You will hear about the “Nuremberg Rallies”, the “Nuremberg Laws” and the “Nuremberg Trials” which link the city’s name up to the present to the period of the Nazi rule. In the afternoon continuation to Munich, known as the gate to the Bavarian Alps, home to the popular soccer club FC Bayern München and world-famous for the Oktoberfest. Overnight in Munich.
Get to know Munich during a grand circle sightseeing bus tour. Discover this magnificent city while driving by the most interesting locations, such as the Pinakotheks, the Olympic Stadium or BMW World and look forward to a visit of famous Nymphenburg Palace. Then you will move on to the heart of the city to discover the historic center, including the food market Viktualienmmarkt, St. Peter Church, Marienplatz square and the New Town Hall. Look forward to a real highlight of the tour: to a visit of Neuschwanstein Castle and Linderhof Palace. Neuschwanstein Castle, erected on a rugged hill against a backdrop of picturesque mountain scenery, was prompted by the idea of rebuilding an existing ruin “in the authentic style of the old German knights’ castles”, as King Ludwig II wrote in a letter to Richard Wagner. Linderhof Palace, the smallest of the three palaces built by King Ludwig II, set up in French rococo style, is the only one which he lived to see completed. Overnight in Munich.
