Day 1: Arrival -Nordela

Meet and greet at the airport, rental formalities.

Day 2: Meeting the bees

As an experience of the day, we challenge you to pay a visit to the most hardworking creatures on our planet, bees, and learn their importance in preserving nature and life on our planet. At Campo de Santana, visit the Honey Museum, the major attraction is the hive observatory, where you can observe bees in their activities. Taste the fresh honey, directly from the combs. During this visit, all necessary protective equipment is provided.

Day 3:Fishing day

Start the day at the village of Porto Formoso and enjoy a genuine experience on board of an artisanal fishing boat. Azores is one of the most exciting places in the world for the fishing enthusiasts. Try some fishing techniques, for a 5/6-hour trip, be side by side with a fisherman and all the necessary equipment will be provided.

Day 4: Day at a farm

Discover the Quinta Pimentel farm, an explanation of the whole process of handling dairy cows, calves and heifers will be given. You can moo the cow Matilde and feed some of the animals. This farm is part of the program “Vacas Felizes” (Happy Cows), a milk program that aims to ensure that cows are fed on pastures 365 days a year, with the strictest quality, sustainability, and animal welfare criteria. All the dairy products are made and produced here.

Day 5: Relax day

Relax day Free day to relax at your hotel, with the possibility of participating in other activities.

Day 6: Departure - Nordela

Car delivery at the airport.
