The average annual temperature on the coast ranges from 25 degrees Celsius to 30 degrees Celsius (77° to 86° Fahrenheit). When you get to higher places in the country the temperature is much lower with only 15 degrees Celsius (52° Fahrenheit). In large parts of the country it is between 22 and 25 degrees Celsius (71.6°F - 77°F) during the winter months and the mercury rises to over 30°C (86°F) in summer.
