Travel Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival to Saigon
On arrival in Saigon, transfer to your hotel. Meet your personal concierge before exploring independently.
Day 2: Saigon and Cu Chi Tunnels
Enjoy a guided walk through Saigon’s exciting streets, taking in historic landmarks and cultural sites. Walk down elegant Dong Khoi Street, see the Notre Dame Cathedral and visit the War Remnants Museum. In the afternoon, journey to the Cu Chi tunnels to gain a greater understanding of the hardships endured during the war.
Day 3: Mekong Delta
Travel south to My Tho in the lush Mekong Delta, where much of Vietnam’s food is produced. Explore scenic waterways and islands as you cruise along, stopping to visit orchards and sample fresh local produce. Gain inside knowledge of local life with a memorable visit to a family home, and share tea, rice wine and stories. Return by road to Saigon in the mid-afternoon.
Day 4: Danang
Fly from Saigon to Danang, home to long stretches of white sandy beaches and the gateway to historic Hoi An. Check-in to your idyllic beachfront resort.
Day 5 - 7: Hoi An
Take a short drive to Hoi An and embark on a half day walking tour of the wonderfully preserved Old Town. Visit a Chinese Assembly Hall, an ancient house and the stunning Japanese Covered Bridge. Spend a couple of days relaxing at the beach or further exploring Hoi An.
Day 8: Hanoi
Fly from Danang to the captivating capital, Hanoi, and check-in to your hotel located within the French Quarter.
Day 9: Hanoi
Take a guided walk of Hanoi’s lively Old Quarter. Visit compelling cultural sites including the Ho Chi Minh Quarter, Temple of Literature and the Museum of Ethnology.
Day 10: Hanoi to Halong Bay
Take a scenic road journey to Halong Bay, and board a boat for an enchanting four hour cruise. Marvel at the stunning limestone karst scenery, islands and caves as you cruise the jade-coloured waters of Halong Bay. Return to Hanoi in the afternoon.
Day 11: Departure from Hanoi
On your last day, enjoy free time until your departure transfer.
